Toddler Talk is intended for caregivers to record and organize children's speech clips. You may only use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any device or account.
You retain all rights to audio recordings and other content you create in Toddler Talk. By storing or uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Services (e.g. transcription, syncing). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and share any content.
Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are handled through the App Store/Google Play billing systems and are subject to their terms. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the respective store.
The Toddler Talk name, logo, and app design are owned by Toddler Talk, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or services without permission.
Toddler Talk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toddler Talk, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Toddler Talk at any time by uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
